Tasting Notes / What to expect:
A clean, crisp gin with a lightly dry character, built around a classic backbone of juniper.
On the nose, bright citrus leads the way, with lifted notes of pink grapefruit and sweet orange offering a fresh, inviting aroma.
The palate is smooth and well-rounded. The initial citrus softens into gentle, layered botanicals, where fragrant lemongrass brings balance and elegance. Blue mallow flower adds a subtle, velvety roundness, giving the spirit a refined mouthfeel.
A delicate touch of coriander weaves through the profile, adding a hint of spice and complexity, before finishing clean, fresh and quietly lingering.

Deep within the Chuckle Engine workshop, where curiosity outruns common sense and every recipe gets “just one more tweak”, our gin comes to life with a lively clatter of flavour.
It starts, as all respectable gins should, with juniper lighting the fuse. Then the engineers begin their cheerful meddling. Cardamom brings a warm, aromatic hum, lemongrass adds a bright citrus lift and a twist or two of orange & grape peel keeps the whole machine happily ticking along. Just when the ride seems complete a mischievous touch of blue mallow glides in to smooth the finish with a gentle flourish.
The result is a gin that’s fresh, vibrant and just a little bit cheeky, teasing the palate and refusing to be the sort of spirit that quietly behaves itself on the shelf.
Enjoy it long with tonic, shake it into a bright cocktail or sip slowly while imagining the workshop full of bubbling botanicals and engineers insisting the contraption is working exactly as intended.

Ingredients
- 50ml Chuckle Engine Gin
- Premium Indian tonic water
- Fresh pink grapefruit slice
- Fresh orange peel (twist)
- Ice
Method
- Fill a large copa or balloon glass generously with ice.
- Pour in 50ml of Chuckle Engine Gin.
- Top slowly with chilled tonic water.
- Gently stir to combine.
- Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit and a twist of orange peel (lightly expressed over the glass).
- Optional: add a small sprig of mint or a pinch of coriander seeds for extra aromatic lift.
Serve
Fresh, citrus-forward and delicately floral, with a smooth, rounded finish.
