Accessibility Policy

At Chuckle Engine Spirit Company, we are committed to providing accessible and inclusive craft distillery experiences for all customers.  We believe everyone should feel welcome and informed when booking and attending our hands on gin making and distillery events.

Chuckle Engine Spirit Company operates as a small independent micro-distillery from a private unit at our home address.  As this is not a commercial visitor site, we do not provide public access to our production area or private premises.

For our Hands on Distillery Experiences, gin school events and craft spirit workshops, we partner with carefully selected third-party venues.  Before confirming an event location, we review available accessibility features wherever possible, including:

  • Step-free access
  • Parking availability
  • Accessible toilet facilities
  • Seating arrangements
  • General suitability for guests with mobility or accessibility requirements

We aim to include clear accessibility information within each individual event listing and booking page so customers can make informed decisions before booking a distillery experience or craft spirits event.

If you have specific accessibility requirements, mobility needs, or questions before attending one of our events, please contact Chuckle Engine Spirit Company directly.  We will always do our best to assist, provide information and accommodate customer needs wherever reasonably possible.
