Our Rogues Rum begins life as a bold Jamaican dark rum, rich with island character and a hint of rebellious charm.  It then finds its way into the Chuckle Engine workshop, where the engineers promptly ignore anything resembling sensible procedure and start tinkering like mad inventors.  A dash of daring, a splash of warmth, and a generous helping of roguish spirit are stirred together until the result tastes like a Caribbean sunset that’s learned to tell questionable jokes.

Smooth, deep, and delightfully mischievous, this is a rum made for late-night scheming, tall tales and raising a glass to adventures that seemed like a good idea at the time.

Sip it neat, mix it boldly, or pour it over ice and imagine palm trees swaying while responsibilities quietly wander off in the other direction.

A bold yet refreshing serve with warmth, spice, and depth.

Ingredients

• 50ml Chuckle Engine Rogues Rum
• Premium ginger ale
• Orange peel
• Optional: dash of Angostura bitters
• Ice

Method

1. Fill a tall glass with ice (about one-third to halfway).
2. Pour in 50ml of Chuckle Engine Rogues Rum.
3. Add a dash of Angostura bitters (optional, for added depth).
4. Top up with chilled ginger ale.
5. Stir gently to combine.
6. Garnish with a strip of orange peel, lightly expressed over the drink.

Serve

Rich caramel and molasses meet gentle ginger spice, lifted by bright citrus oils and finished with a smooth, warming depth.
